We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from 904 Stamps. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
Custom Stamps
Due to the custom nature of our custom stamps, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure that you carefully review your order details before submitting it.
Classic Stamps
If you are not satisfied with your classic stamps, you may return them for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. The stamps must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.
To return an item:

Contact our customer service team at info@904stamps.com to request a return authorization number.

Once you have received a return authorization number, pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Include a copy of your packing slip with the return authorization number written on it.

Ship the item back to us at the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once we have received your returned item and inspected it, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exceptions
This return policy does not apply to items that are damaged, defective, or not in their original packaging. We also reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe that the item has been misused or abused.
