Shipments

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS, FEDEX or UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer express delivery by USPS, FEDEX or UPS, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

Return Policy

Returns must be approved before being shipped back. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost involved in returning the products and shipping charges are non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be applied on all returns. Returns must be made within 10 days of delivery and must be returned in the original packaging. Custom items such open bundles are non-refundable.

Buyer must notify 904 Stamps of any lost or damaged merchandise within 3 days of product delivery.

Buyer is responsible for the following:

Inspecting shipment for lost or damaged products

Signing the carriers freight bill as short, damaged or incomplete

Obtaining signature of carrier for lost or damaged products

USPS, UPS & FedEx guaranteed shipping is guaranteed by USPS, UPS & FedEx, not by 904 Stamps. We do our best to help you track your product once it leaves our location.
